Terms, Value Guarantee & Usage Policy

1. Nature of the Product

All Playbook Systems offered on InfiniteRise Store are digital execution systems delivered instantly upon purchase.
These Playbooks are designed to:

  • Build clarity

  • Install structure

  • Improve execution discipline

  • Enable better decision-making and follow-through

 

They are not coaching programs, consulting engagements, or training courses, unless explicitly stated.

2. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Because Playbook Systems are delivered digitally with immediate access:

  • All purchases are final

  • No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted once access is granted

 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Value Guarantee – Implementation Support

Every Playbook System includes Implementation Support, designed to help you apply the frameworks correctly and confidently.


Implementation Support is:

  • Practical

  • Focused on application

  • Time-bound

  • Framework-oriented

 

It is not coaching, consulting, therapy, or business advisory.

What’s Included

Individual Playbooks

  • One 45-minute Implementation Support Session

  • Must be used within 30 days of purchase

Ultimate Revenue Growth Bundle

  • Two Implementation Support Sessions

    • One within 30 days

    • One within 90 days

  • Focused on system-level execution and integration

 

Unused sessions expire and have no monetary value.

4. Booking & Session Terms

To ensure fairness and effectiveness:

  • Sessions must be booked proactively by the customer

  • Booking is subject to availability

  • Questions or context must be shared at least 48 hours in advance

  • Once confirmed, sessions cannot be rescheduled or cancelled

  • Missed sessions are treated as completed

The Playbook Systems are designed to enable execution, not replace leadership responsibility.

Results vary based on:

No specific financial, revenue, or performance outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Coaching, Training & Team Enablement

One-on-one coaching, leadership activation workshops, and team training are not included with Playbook purchases.

These services are available as separate paid engagements and require a distinct commercial agreement.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content—including frameworks, templates, worksheets, and systems—is the intellectual property of Raghu Kiran / InfiniteRise.

  • Licensed for personal or internal business use only

  • Redistribution, resale, or public training use is prohibited

  • Content may not be repurposed to train third parties without written consent.

8. Framework & Learning Disclaimer (Important)

The Playbook Systems reflect years of experience, learning, and application across leadership, sales, and execution environments.

They are informed by:

  • Widely accepted business principles
